Read the Congressional Budget Office report on the GOP’s Graham-Cassidy health care legislation

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office released its report Monday on the GOP’s Graham-Cassidy health care legislation, which unwinds Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act — also known as Obamacare.

“The number of people with comprehensive health insurance that covers high-cost medical events would be reduced by millions compared with the baseline projections for each year during the decade,” the CBO report says.

The CBO found people would lose coverage in part because of $1 trillion in cuts through 2026 in Medicaid.
